From the hills surrounding Florence, in the heart of Tuscany, at 200m to 300m above sea level, we believe in reconciling innovation and local traditions to produce better EVOO. Entimio Cortese organic extra virgin olive oil is suitable for any diet, person, and age.

Entimio Cortese has been awarded the Gold Medal at the prestigious NYIOOC international competition in New York, USA. All olives are picked when their ripeness is optimal and are processed within hours in the local artisanal mill by master millers to minimize oxidation and maximize fruitiness and health properties. All olives are exclusively from organic farming, and the entire process is organic.
